For this reason, Users should NEVER enter Personally Identifiable Information (PII) (Social Security, DOB, and other identifiable or confidential information for themselves or others) in the system. In instances where names may be beneficial to include, we advise users to respond to questions in general terms to generate comprehensive plans and strategies. Example (Employee A, Employee B). You can always copy and paste the generated document to update names using Microsoft Word or Google Docs Find and Replace feature.
We stand by the 80/20 principle: let AI handle the 80% of tasks that involve repetition and routine, but always keep the critical 20% — the judgment calls, compliance checks, and final reviews — in human hands.
